Cake, as a type of dessert baking of which has formed an art in western world, and cake baking accordingly started to be first seen in Turkey at the end of the last century, nevertheless real foundations of the sector were laid at the beginning of the 20th century. Based on hand labor and eye-strain, this field of profession has been able to survive and come to these days in our country by being transferred from father to son, or thanks to master semiskilled apprentice relation. training employees resulted in lack of masters. The method of establishing official or private educational institutions was not implemented either in order to make up this deficiency. It renders its services with the mentality of stiffening their current knowledge and transmitting developments. For that reason, courses and seminars are held by Niyazi Çapraz and Menderes Özuzun for cake baking chefs and chef candidates at Unipro Training Center, in a way not to disrupt pastry shops order

basis for the purpose of inviting chefs to participate in cake baking courses held; brining on-the-spot solutions to problems encountered in the market; or helping develop new types. Invited by Unipro every year in order to display developments in Europe to our dear chefs, foreigner chefs who are specialized in their fields demonstrate on cake baking at Unipro Training Center.
