“Unipro Cake Baking Trainings”, which we hold with the purpose of contribution to professional knowledge and experience of pastry masters, proceed with Adana. During the training conducted by Unipro cake baking chef Niyazi Çapraz and Cake Baking Specialist Menderes Özuzun, participants found the opportunity to closely monitor preparation phases of several recipes different than one another. 200 pastry masters from different pastry shops participated in the training held at Adana Seyhan Hotel on the dates 9 – 11 June. Unipro Cake Baking trainings will continue in different regions throughout the year. |
